Unfortunately there are few things I will have to be more strict with moving forward to prevent me from losing so much money from hosting
- ❗No backouts without a replacement❗No refunds once you have paid initials. If you want to drop after you’ve paid, it’s YOUR responsibility to find a replacement
- Please adhere to the payment deadlines in the GC. Communicate if you are going to be late, otherwise a €0.75 fee will be added for each day over the deadline. (Due to people taking advantage of my kindness, I will be more strict with this in the upcoming CB)
- If you miss a payment deadline, have not communicated anything to me, and I cannot reach you, then you will be kicked from the GC, and your claims will be forfeited after 2 weeks
- If we do not receive even sets from a shop, a sorting will occur. It will NEVER be “first come, first serve”, and I will do my best to make everyone happy
- Please keep track of your own claims. Before sending your items I will send a claims pic asking you if they are correct. I’m only human, so I’m not perfect, and I forget things sometimes. If you say they are correct, that’s what you’ll be receiving
- I ship GO items in the order that joiners have filled out the shipping form
Fancall Raffles
- Please make sure you have the proper account, or are able to make one. (Kakaotalk or Line depending on the shop)
- Please make sure you have the proper ID required by the shop. Usually this is a passport
- Your initials must be paid to be entered into the raffle
- Winner’s items will always go to the winner of the call. This includes pc sets and polas
- I use the “Wheel of names” site to randomly choose a raffle winner. I screen record and share this with the GC
